Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people? We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our residential care team. Whether you’re applying as a Support Worker, Deputy Manager, or Manager, we want to hear from you!
Minimum Requirements
To be considered, all applicants must:

Be aged 18 or over
-
Hold an Enhanced DBS with Children’s Barred List (registered on the update service)

Provide proof of identity
-
Have the right to work in the UK
-
Supply at least two references, including one from your current or most recent employer
-
Demonstrate a good command of written and spoken English
-
Be willing to work flexibly, including weekends and shifts
-
Show a commitment to attend staff training and team meetings
-
Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive, professional relationships
Role-Specific Requirements

For Manager and Deputy Manager roles:
A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a residential childcare setting is essential
Desirable Qualifications
We value candidates who bring additional qualifications and experience, including:

For Support Workers:

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)

For Managers/Deputy Managers:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare

At least 2 years of relevant leadership experience
